Our studio has 10 reformers which gives us teachers the possibility to observe all clients during the workouts and be able to ensure that the exercises are performed at a top level.

The studio is a safe space for everybody. We are keen on keeping confidentiality with your data and not sharing who is taking our classes.

the color purple which is the lead color in our studio stands for High Quality, Health and Inner Wisdom and gives the studio of course a very classy and stylish appearance.

All teachers have a training for Pilates Mat and Reformer or in addition for rehabilitation. Some teachers are as well trained yoga teachers or yoga therapists. With this, we ensure our high quality standards and you can be sure to be in professional hands at anytime.
